THE WOOLTRIBE GUARANTEE: Hey Rebels, we want you to enjoy your WoolTribe products for as long as possible. If you are not satisfied with a product you receive from us at the time you receive it, return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a repair, replacement, or refund. We stand behind the quality of our products. Gifted items and those received more than 30 days after the date of purchase will be issued a WoolTribe store credit in the form of an e-gift card.***

STEP 2: Once we've connected with you, pack up your return.

Please Note: Every return takes its toll on the entire supply chain and all resources involved. We reserve the right to refuse returns if it appears your return is not legitimate or if you engage in habitual return behavior. All shipping charges and fees for returns and repairs are the responsibility of the customer unless we determine otherwise during our review of your submission.
Cost of Repairs: Stuff happens! If you've had your WoolTribe product more than 30 days from date of purchase, and it's showing signs of being well-loved, holler at us for a repair! We want to keep items out of landfills, and extend their life as long as possible! Just fill out the form on this page, and make sure to upload photos of the damage. We'll get back to you with an estimated repair cost. Our repairs begin at $35 for a small, basic repair. Once we see the photos you send we'll let you know what the estimated cost will be. Our goal is to help you have a long, happy relationship with the things you buy!
